The initial meeting with Tawnya and Kevin was at a property we'd asked to see, and instantly we felt at ease. We decided to make an offer on the property, they helped us land on a price and by the time we'd driven home, the offer letter was waiting in our email. They provided strong representation during back-and-forth negotiations and ultimately our offer was accepted. Selling our home went just as smoothly. We agreed on a list price, and they put their detailed marketing strategy to work which included a strong online presence. The house was in escrow in less than two weeks and closed in less than 30 days. This transaction also required negotiations, which they always had our back. Throughout the process, every question we asked by email, text message or phone call, was responded to immediately. Each step was explained in advance so we were never caught off-guard.
