From the start it seemed like a long shot to make this deal happen but Tawnya’s persistence and expertise made it happen. Our house sold in only a few days in a neighborhood with several other homes listed for sale. When it looked as though our purchase of the new home wasn’t going to happen, she was happy to take us out to look for alternative homes. In the end, it all worked out and we ended up in the home we originally wanted. Tawnya kept us informed pretty much daily-even when there was no new news. She responded to calls/texts almost immediately no matter the time of day. I would recommend her without hesitation.
